Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) or Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). Available machinery: EOS M290 for metal powder bed and EOS P396 for plastic powder bed.

  • Polymeric materials: PA12, PA11 FDA Blue, PA11 FDA MDT, PAGF, Alumide, TPU92A

We have our own means of post-processing and thermal treatment (600x500x600mm industrial furnace) that allow us to achieve mechanical properties similar to those obtained with traditional manufacturing methods.


Technology of melting a plastic or composite filament that is deposited layer by layer until the desired piece is obtained.

Materials we work with:

  • Advanced (high mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance applications): ULTEM, PEI y PEKK
  • Engineering (Applications mainly of structural purposes): Nylon-PA, ASA, TPE, TPU, PET, PC, PP, HiPS, Carbon Fiber composites, Glass Fiber composites, etc.
  • Standards (Non-critical applications): ABS, PLA, and derivatives.

We have extensive experience in the correct choice of materials for each industrial application, based on the properties and requirements of each of the materials we have in stock, as well as the different post-processes appropriate to each of them. In this way, we are able to obtain parts of a higher surface quality than usual in this type of technology. Due to the great variety of materials available for this technology there are many solutions that can be obtained.


Manufacturing technology by selective curing, layer by layer, with UV laser light on a photosensitive liquid resin, being the most precise family of technologies within current additive technologies. We have in our facilities Polyjet and Stereolithography (SLA and LED-LCD) technologies available, combining speed and high accuracy for multiple industrial applications.

  • Resin Vero-family, Standard, High-Temp, Tough (High mechanical resistance), Castable, Rigid, Ceramics, Durable (Resistance to friction and wear), Flexible, Elastic, Translucent, PMMA, Dental, etc.
